Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Product Condition Requirements

  • Items with visible wear, damage, or signs of use, as well as complimentary gifts, are not eligible for return.
  • Returned items must include all original accessories.
  • All returned products must be sent back in their original packaging.

Return requests that do not meet the above conditions may be refused.

Shipping and Refund Terms

  • For returns caused by non-quality-related reasons, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost and must provide a valid return shipping receipt.
  • For non-quality-related returns, Anjank will only refund the cost of the product itself.
  • For pre-order items, the 30-day return period starts from the shipping date, not the order date.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team by email at: support@anjank.com. You will need to provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Once your returned item has been inspected and accepted, we will work with you to arrange either an exchange or a full refund.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return request has been approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

To receive the item you want as quickly as possible, we recommend contacting us by email after your return has been accepted so that we can arrange shipment of a new replacement item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us right away at: support@anjank.com, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Note:

  • Under the 30-day money-back guarantee, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after filing a warranty claim. After this period, refund requests for non-quality-related issues will not be accepted.
  • For products purchased through Amazon or other third-party platforms, please refer to their respective return policies.
